TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced three reappointments and five appointments to multiple state boards.

Lake Shore Hospital Authority

Stephen Douglas, 36, of Lake City, is a commercial property appraiser for Candler Moses and Associates. He fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term beginning June 1, 2018 and ending July 20, 2020.

Monroe County Housing Authority

Patrick Labrada, 65, of Key West, is a mortgage broker and the owner of Southernmost Financial Corp. He succeeds Harry Bethel and is appointed for a term beginning June 1, 2018 and ending October 30, 2021.

Aaron Castillo, 55, of Key West, is the funeral director of Florida Keys Funeral Service. He is reappointed for a term beginning June 1, 2018 and ending September 30, 2021.

Seminole County Housing Authority

Eric Schreck, 51, of Winter Springs, is the regional president of Trustco Bank. He fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term beginning June 1, 2018 and ending September 7, 2021.

Charles Hart, 43, of Sanford, is an attorney with Charles C. Hart, II, P.A. He is reappointed for a term beginning June 1, and ending September 7, 2019.

Pasco County Housing Authority

Alvaro Hernandez, 46, of Odessa, is the vice president of Humana. He succeeds Edward Blommel and is appointed for a term beginning June 1, 2018 and ending September 12, 2019.

John Finnerty, 71, of Dade City, is the president and chief executive officer of Habitat for Humanity of East and Central Pasco County. He is reappointed for a term beginning June 1, 2018 and ending August 30, 2018.

Northwest Florida Regional Housing Authority

Mark Anderson, 47, of Tallahassee, is the owner of Mark Anderson Governmental Consulting. He fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term beginning May 18, 2018 and ending May 8, 2021.
